The Chill Yogi was established with the intention of providing trauma-informed private yoga sessions, Thai yoga massage services, hands-on reiki treatments, and meditation instruction to individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and generally stressful lives.
The Chill Yogi program is intended to be supplemental to traditional therapy or to serve as a self-healing practice for those who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves from a spiritual perspective.
Founder Natalie Grospitch has dedicated this healing arts practice to working one-on-one with those who feel called to learn how to rest, restore, meditate, take a deep breath, and connect within.
About Natalie
Introduction to natalie
Natalie struggled with anxiety for years before being introduced to yoga in 2010. After a rough and resistant start, she quickly began to reap the benefits of a consistent mindfulness practice and witnessed her life transform with the power of yoga, meditation, and breath-work. Natalie knew that it was her calling to share this practice and hold space for the healing of others.
She devoted herself to the study of yoga in 2012 and has since become a certified yoga teacher, Thai massage practitioner, and reiki master with additional certifications in restorative and trauma-informed approaches. Natalie established The Chill Yogi to empower others to begin or deepen their spiritual and healing journey by guiding them to their own inner wisdom and peace.
